Steps for Incorporation of LLP

1. Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
Every designated partner must have a valid DSC.

Required documents: PAN, Aadhaar, photo, email ID, and phone number.

2. Reserve Name of the LLP (RUN-LLP)
File the Reserve Unique Name – LLP (RUN-LLP) form through the MCA portal.

Choose a unique name in accordance with the LLP Name Guidelines.

3. Incorporation Application (FiLLiP Form)
File Form FiLLiP (Form for incorporation of LLP).

Details required: proposed LLP name, business activities, registered office, and partners’ details. Can apply for DPIN (Designated Partner Identification Number) within the same form if not already available.

4. LLP Agreement Filing (Form 3)
Must be filed within 30 days of incorporation.

Specifies rights and duties of partners, profit sharing, decision-making process, etc.

Documents Required for Incorporation-

PAN and ID proof of partners.

Address proof and utility bill of registered office.

Consent to act as designated partners (Form 9).
