APEDA is a statutory body established under the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act 1985.

    Registration Details

    The applicant need to submit application form within 1 month from the date of undertaking the business.
    Failing to do the same can be distressful because cost can be implied.
    When application is filed then authority will issue Registration-Cum-Membership-Certificate (RCMC).
    It is a one-time obligation.
    All the members will be governed by rules & regulations under APEDA Act.
