The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date for filing XBRL financial statements for the FY 2024–25. Companies that are required to file their annual financials in XBRL format now have additional time to complete the compliance process.

Who Needs to File XBRL?
All listed companies and their subsidiaries
Companies having paid-up capital of ₹5 crore or more
Companies with turnover of ₹100 crore or more
Companies required to file financial statements under Section 137 of the Companies Act in XBRL format.
